2024 Event Information
Sandown Raceway | February 9-11, 2024
The opening round of Australian Formula Open, held at the iconic Sandown International Raceway. AFO will join four other categories on the SpeedSeries event schedule. The event will see free grid walks, tours down the famous pit lane, multiple displays, food and beverage stalls and the opportunity to meet some of the junior stars of open-wheelers in Australia. Tune into the Seven Network and 7plus to watch all the race action.

Winton Motor Raceway | April 26-28, 2024
Round 2 of Australian Formula Open will form part of the NSW Motor Racing Championship at Winton Motor Raceway. Coverage from the weekend can be seen via Blendline TV on Facebook, YouTube and online here.
Round 2
Sydney Motorsport Park | May 24-26, 2024
The third round of Giti Australian Formula Open heads to NSW at Sydney Motorsport Park in Eastern Creek. Held as part of the New South Wales Motor Race Championship, all GA Grandstand ticket holders will have access to the Grandstand, Turn 1 Hill (Family Hill) to Turn 18, the Pit Roof, and paddock. Shell V-Power Motorsport Park, The Bend | June 7-9, 2024
Round 3 of Giti Australian Formula Open will form part of the Motorsport Australia South Australian Motor Racing Championship where we will support Lamborghini Super Trofeo Asia for a second year in a row. Enjoy FREE entry on Friday, day tickets are only $30, children 15 & under enter FREE.

Queensland Raceway | August 2-4, 2024
Round 5 of the Giti Australian Formula Open heads to Queensland with Speed Series for the EVENTelec Race Queensland event, and the running of the annual Errol Gilmour Memorial Cup. All tickets can access the paddock and general admission viewing areas. Park and View is included in all tickets as well. Free access is in place for kids under 15.
