Sydney Motorsport Park plays host to first NSW event for 2024

After two rounds in Victoria, the Giti Australian Formula Open series heads north of the border into NSW for Round 3 at Sydney Motorsport Park this weekend (May 24-26) as part of the the New South Wales Motor Race Championship

A combined grid of AFO and Formula Race Cars Australia will take to the Gardner circuit with reigning points leader Miles Bromley leading the F3 competitors and Isaac McNeil the points leader in AFO4. Chris Huang returns to AFO for the first time in 2024 but not in the F4 he raced last year, he will be jumping into the AFO3 Invitational Class in his F3 T318 Formula Regional-spec racer which arrived in the country only a few weeks ago.

Track activity sees Friday running four practice sessions, with Qualifying and Race 1 held on Saturday and the final two races on Sunday.
